Wagic.ai provides business automation solutions including, but not limited to:

• AI Chatbots: Custom AI-trained conversational agents deployed on websites, and digital media campaigns to interact with customers, qualify leads, and nurture prospects.
• Process Automation: Custom workflow integrations and business process automation.
• Website Building: Creation and hosting of high-performance websites.
• AI Marketing Commercials: Scripting and rendering of AI-powered advertising video assets.

3. Accounts, Subscriptions, and Trials

We offer subscription plans and trial periods (e.g., 15-day trials including credit allocations) for our software systems. You agree that:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All registration information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Your subscription will run on a recurring payment model. To avoid future billing, you must cancel before your renewal date.
• Credits allocated during trials or standard billing cycles expire at the end of each period unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Use Guidelines and Prohibitions

You agree not to use Wagic.ai's services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. Specifically, you may not:

• Deploy AI chatbots that distribute spam, illegal materials, hate speech, or deceptive content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any software systems developed by Wagic.ai.
• Attempt to breach the security or access controls of the Wagic.ai API or server infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your business identity during onboarding or when collecting lead data from your end-users.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All core technologies, custom code frameworks, templates, and designs built by Wagic.ai remain our proprietary property. When we deliver a custom website, workflow, or chatbot setup to you, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the system for your business operations. You may not resell or redistribute our code or components to third parties without prior written approval.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wagic.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (whether incurred directly or indirectly), or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
• Any temporary downtime, server outages, or third-party service failures (including third-party APIs, database systems, or hosting providers).
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in output generated by the AI model.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with international commercial laws. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be resolved through arbitration or in competent courts.
